REQUIREMENTS
A qualified patient in Florida must meet the 4 requirements listed below:
- Be a Florida resident.
- Have a valid Florida ID.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have been diagnosed with a qualifying condition by a previous physician.
If you are unsure about whether or not you have a qualifying condition. In order to qualify for free, contact our Orlando office at (407)-484-2261. Conditions not listed on Florida Amendment 2 still qualify. We will answer any questions you may have about Florida’s Medical Marijuana program.
