*If declared qualified by the physician, we will accept payment and you will then be added to the Medical Marijuana Use Registry.

*During the same appointment, you will be provided with your patient ID number that will be used to put on your application.

*You will then submit your state application for a medical marijuana card via electronic transmission or mail.
